【摘要】 目的:观察躁狂大鼠的行为学变化及研究针刺对其的治疗作用。方法:采用改良多平台睡眠剥夺法(MMPM)建立躁狂模型,并对其四神针、内关、三阴交进行针刺治疗干预,与丙戊酸钠灌胃进行对比,用旷场实验和睡眠潜伏期进行观测评定。结果:模型组大鼠存在容易激惹、攻击性较强等躁狂表现,穴位组和丙戊酸钠组均能改善各项评测成绩。结论:针刺能有效缓解躁狂模型大鼠的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the behavior changes of manic rats and study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the rats.Methods:Used modified multiple platform method(MMPM) to establish manic rat models,and gave them acupuncture treatment on Sishenzhen,Neiguan and Sanyinjiao,then compared them with the treatment of sodium valproate lavage,finally observed and assessed the effect with open-field test and sleep latency.Results:The rats in model group had manic performance like easily irritability,strong aggressiveness,etc.The acupoint’s group and sodium valproate group could improve the evaluation results.Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively ease the symptons of manic rat models.更多还原
