【摘要】 目的:观察针刀疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法:将90例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予综合康复治疗,观察组则在综合康复治疗基础上给予针刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),GMFM评分高于对照组,改良Ashworth评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刀疗法能降低痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的肌张力,促进运动功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effects of acupotomy therapy on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,observation group were treated with acupotomy and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate and GMFM score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.01),the modified Ashworth score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupotomy therapy can reduce muscle tension of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and promote the recovery of motor function.更多还原
