【摘要】 目的:研究健康人群中血清尿酸水平与中医体质类型的相关性。方法:对体检的健康人群进行血清尿酸水平检测,并对高尿酸血症人群及血清尿酸正常人群进行中医体质辨识,了解高尿酸血症人群与正常尿酸人群中医体质分布的差异。结果:高尿酸血症组体质构成前三位依次为:痰湿质(22.4%)、湿热质(21.6%)、血瘀质(16.6%);正常尿酸人群组中医体质分类前三位为:平和质(28.6%)、气虚质(12.4%)、阳虚质(15.2%)。结论:高尿酸人群体质特点以痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation of serum uric acid level and TCM constitution type in healthy people.Methods:Tested the serum uric acid level for healthy people who came for health examination,and identified the TCM constitution of hyperuricemia people and normal serum uric acid level people,to learn the difference of the distribution of TCM constitution in hyperuricemia people and normal serum uric acid level people.Results:The top three constitutions in hyperuricemia group were:constitution of phlegm-dampness(22.4%),damp-heat(21.6%),blood stasis(16.6%);the top three constitutions in normal uric acid people were:constitution of yin-yang harmony(28.6%),qi asthenia(12.4%),yang asthenia(15.2%).Conclusion:The constitution characteristic of high uric acid people is mainly related to constitutions of phlegm-dampness,damp-heat and blood stasis.更多还原
