【摘要】 目的:观察等离子射频消融髓核成形术联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法:82例颈椎间盘突出症患者均行等离子射频消融髓核成形术联合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,观察其临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:术后3个月VAS评分明显低于术前(P<0.01);术后6个月JOA评分明显高于术前(P<0.01),JOA改善率为91.4%;末次随访优良率为92.7%;所有患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:等离子射频消融髓核成形术联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床疗效满意,且治疗期间无严重不良反应,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of treating cervical disc herniation by plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty combined with pinellia,white atractylodes and gastrodia decoction.Methods:82 cases of cervical disc herniation patients were all treated by plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty combined with pinellia,white atractylodes and gastrodia decoction to observe the efficacy and adverse events.Results:The VAS scores at 3 months after surgery was significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.01);the JOA scores at 6 months after surgery was significantly higher than that before surgery(.PO.01),the improvement rate of JOA was 91.4%;the excellent and good rate in the last follow up was 92.7%;all patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:It has satisfied efficacy that treating cervical disc herniation by plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty combined with pinellia,white atractylodes and gastrodia decoction,and there are no serious adverse reactions during the treatment,which deserves promotion.更多还原
