【摘要】 目的:观察针刀配合热敏灸治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:将90例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组予针刀配合热敏灸治疗,B组予针刀治疗,C组予扶他林片口服。结果:三组患者治疗3周后的VAS评分变化均有显著降低(P<0.01);A、B组镇痛治疗效果均优于C组(P<0.05),其中A组最好。结论:针刀配合热敏灸治疗颈源性头痛具有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupotomy combined with thermal moxibustion treating cervicogenic headache.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into three groups named A,B and C,group A was treated with acupotomy combined with thermal moxibustion,group B was given acupuncture therapy,group C was given voltaren tablets per os.Results:VAS scores of three groups were significantly lower after treatment of 3 weeks(P<0.01);analgesic effects of group A and B were better than those of group C(P<0.05),group A was the best.Conclusion: There is a good curative effect on acupotomy combined with thermal moxibustion treating cervicogenic headache.更多还原
