【摘要】 目的:分析循证护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:将320例手术患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规手术室护理,研究组采用循证护理,比较两组患者的焦虑评分(SAS)、护理满意度以及疼痛、并发症的发生情况。结果:研究组SAS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,疼痛情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效缓解手术室患者的焦虑情绪,降低疼痛、并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度,有利于患者的顺利康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of application of evidence-based care in operating room.Methods:320 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,the control group used conventional operating room nursing,while the research group used evidence-based care,and compared the SAS scores,satisfaction and incidence situation of pain and complications.Results:The SAS scores and incidence rate of complications in research group were both lower than control group,while the satisfaction was higher and the situation of pain was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based care can effectively alleviate the anxiety of the operating room patients,reduce the incidence rate of pain and complications,increase the satisfaction about nursing.Overall,evidence-based care in operating room is conducive to the successful rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
