【摘要】 目的:讨论经寰椎椎弓根螺钉加枢椎交叉椎板螺钉内固定治疗创伤性寰枢椎不稳的临床效果及其安全性。方法:对12例创伤性寰枢椎不稳患者施行经寰椎椎弓根螺钉加枢椎交叉椎板螺钉内固定+植骨融合术,观察术后疗效及并发症情况。结果:术后症状均得到不同程度的改善,无内固定物松动及断裂,所有植骨均达骨性融合。结论:经寰椎椎弓根螺钉加枢椎交叉椎板螺钉内固定是治疗寰枢椎不稳的一种可靠的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss clinical effect and safety of atlantoaxial instability treated by internal fixation which combined pedicle of atlantoaxial arch screw and axoid crossing vertebral lamina screw.Methods:12 patients with traumatic atlantoaxial instability were treated by pedicle of atlantoaxial arch screw and axoid crossing vertebral lamina screw and bone graft fusion,to observe the efficacy and complication after operation.Results:The postoperative symptoms were improved in different degree,no looseness or breakage of screw occurred,bony fusion was achieved in all cases.Conclusion:Internal fixation,combined pedicle of atlantoaxial arch screw and axoid crossing vertebral lamina screw,is a reliable method for the treatment of atlantoaxial instability.更多还原
