【摘要】 目的:探讨萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将56例患者分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组给予萎胃汤,对照组给予胃复春片。比较两组患者在治疗前后的症状、舌象、脉象、病理检查等情况的变化,指导临床治疗实践。结果:治疗组的治愈率+显效率及总有效率分别是73.3%和96.7%,对照组的治愈率+显效率分别是34.6%和88.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,与对照组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:56 patients were divided into treatment group and control group;treatment group was given Wei-wei decoction,control group was given Wei-fuchun tablets.Changes of the symptoms,tongue condition,pulse condition,pathological examinations and so on were compared with patients of two groups before and after treatment,to guide the practice of clinical treatment.Results:Curative and total effective rate were respectively 73.3%and96.7%in the treatment group,and those of control group were 34.6%and88.5%,the efficacy of treatment group was superior to control one,and statistically significant different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis with type of spleen deficiency and blood stasis are significant,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.更多还原
