【摘要】 目的:探讨倒悬牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果及护理程序。方法:对240例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各120例,观察组采用倒悬牵引推拿治疗,对照组采用常规手法推拿和骨盆牵引治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:一套系统规范的专科护理规程能更好地提高腰椎间盘突出症的倒悬牵引推拿治疗效果及促进患者功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing process of overhang traction and massage in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:240 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 120 cases.Observation group was treated by overhang traction and massage.Control group was used conventional massage technique and pelvic traction.Therapeutic effect was compared of two groups.Results:The effective rate was 95%in observation group and 78.3%in control group.The comparison of two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:A set of systematic and normative of specialized nursing procedure can improve the therapeutic effect and functional recovery of overhang traction and massage in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.更多还原
