DNA-CdTe/介孔二氧化硅细胞荧光成像探针的制备及其在肿瘤细胞成像中的应用
Preparation of DNA-CdTe/Mesoporous SiO2 Fluorescent Probe and Its Application in Tumor Cell Imaging
【摘要】 基于共价结合原理,以CdTe量子点和介孔二氧化硅为基础,设计和制备了DNA-CdTe/介孔二氧化硅荧光探针。CdTe量子点具有较强的荧光性能,所用DNA适体链是Ramos细胞的识别序列,所以此探针可特异性识别Ramos细胞,并用于激光共聚焦显微镜对Ramos细胞的荧光成像。本工作为肿瘤细胞的早期诊断提供了一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The design and preparation of DNA-CdTe/mesoporous SiO2 fluorescent probes are based on covalent binding of CdTe quantum dots and mesoporous SiO2.CdTe quantum dots have a strong fluorescent properties,the DNA aptamer strand used is the recognition sequence of Ramos cells,so these probes are very specific in that each probe can recognize Ramos cells only,and can be used for observing Ramos cells by laser scanning confocal microscope.This work provides a theoretical basis in the early detection of tumor cells.
