【摘要】 目的探讨不依赖胸腔镜前外侧小切口辅助腔内缝切器(Endo-GIA)在肺叶切除中的临床应用价值。方法该院普胸外科自2013年1月至2013年5月期间对23例肺部疾患的患者,无论良性恶性,均采用不依赖胸腔镜前外侧小切口辅助腔内缝切器肺叶切除术。如为恶性肿瘤,加纵隔淋巴结清扫术。其中恶性病变17例、良性病变6例。结果全部患者均顺利地完成手术治疗,无严重并发症及围术期死亡。手术时间(75.5±20.3)min,术中出血量(125±25)mL,术后住院天数(5.7±2.3)d,其中17例恶性病变患者共清扫纵隔淋巴结个数(10.75±2.28)枚。结论不依赖胸腔镜前外侧小切口GIA肺叶切除术是行之有效的方法,且具有安全、易推广、无明显禁忌,术后疼痛轻、恢复快、对肩关节活动影响小等优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of lobectomy without thoracoscopic assisted mini-incision using Endo-GIA. Methods From January of 2013 to May of 2013,23 patients in Department of General Thoracic Surgery,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University underwent lobectomy with or without systematic lymph node resection,17 of which are malignant,6 of which are benign. Results All the patients underwent surgery without serious complication and intraoperative death.
