【摘要】 目的探讨香菇多糖注射液联合介入化疗治疗进展期胃癌疗效。方法 72例进展期胃癌患者分为两组,治疗组35例应用香菇多糖注射液联合介入化疗。对照组37例只给予介入化疗。观察两组近期临床疗效,生活质量评定和药物毒副反应。结果两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);生活质量评定两组间差异有显著性,化疗毒副反应比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖注射液联合介入化疗治疗进展期胃癌可以减轻化疗毒副反应,改善生活质量,在缓解临床症状等方面的疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the lentinan injection combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Seventy-two cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups. Lentinan injection interventional chemotherapy was administered to 35 cases in treatment group. Thirty-seven cases in control group were only given interventional chemotherapy. Recent efficacy,quality of life and adverse reaction of drug were observed. Results The total efficiency of two groups showed no significant difference( P > 0. 05); the difference in quality of life between the two groups was significant,there was significant difference in the toxicity of chemotherapy( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Lentinan injection combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has better curative effect in reducing the side effects of chemotherapy and improve quality of life to alleviate clinical symptoms and other aspects.更多还原
