【摘要】 目的探讨神经外科手术后并发颅内感染的治疗。方法对41例神经外科术后颅内感染患者进行全身抗感染及腰穿鞘内注射治疗。结果 41例患者中痊愈36例,平均疗程(15±3.26)d,自动出院5例。结论在综合治疗的基础上选择合理有效的抗感染治疗药物及方法,可提高颅内感染治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment for intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of all 41 cases with intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation was reported.The anti-infection,lumbar puncture and intrathecal administration were taken.Results 36 of all the patients recovered,the average treatment period was(15 ± 3.26) days,the other 5 cases were self-discharged from the hospital due to financial difficulty.Conclusions Reasonable and effective anti-infection with other combined treatment measures can improve the cure rate of severe intracranial infection after neurosurgical operation and reduce the mortality.更多还原
