【摘要】 目的探讨分析64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法随机选取经手术证实的42例冠心病患者,通过64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断。结果该组病灵敏度为95.24%、特异度97.62%、阳性预测值为88.10%、阴性预测值为92.86%。结论采用64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病是一种安全、快速、准确的检查方法,有很好的临床诊断价值,可以作为诊断冠心病的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods We randomly selected 42 cases confirmed by surgery in patients with coronary heart disease by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis.Results The disease sensitivity was 95.24%,specificity 97.62%,positive predictive value 88.10%,negative predictive value 92.86%.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is a safe,fast and accurate screening method with a good diagnostic value,which can be used as the preferred method for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.更多还原
