【摘要】 目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)合并性功能下降者精神障碍的发病情况,评估性功能下降与精神障碍的关系。方法应用Zung焦虑量表(SAS)和抑郁量表(SDS),国际前列腺炎症状指数表(NIH-CPSI),勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)及自制的相关因素调查表对1 500例CP患者性功能状和精神心理状况进行调查。分析性功能下降的危险因素、精神障碍的发病情况,并进一步分析性功能下降与精神障碍的关系。结果 1 335例符合入选标准,性功能正常者405例(30.3%),性功能下降者930例(69.7%),性功能下降的发生与患者年龄、病程、文化程度有显著相关性(P<0.05),而与体重指数、经济收入状况无相关性。性功能下降组焦虑、抑郁、焦虑合并抑郁的检出率分别为27.1%、26.5%、16.2%;性功能正常组其检出率分别为13.1%、11.1%、6.4%;二组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。多项式Logistic回归模型分析显示性功能下降为焦虑、抑郁发生的危险因素,且在控制了相关变量后,性功能下降仍为其危险因素。结论 CP患者合并性功能下降者焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍发生率高,性功能下降为精神障碍发生的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the incidence of mental disorders in CP patients complicated with sexual dysfunction,and to further evaluate the relationship between mental disorders and sexual dysfunction.Methods SAS,SDS,NIH-CPSI,IIEF-5 and the self-designed questionnaire were applied in the survey of sexual function status and mental disorders.Analysis was made of the risk factors of sexual disfunction,incidence of mental disorders and the relationship between mental disorders and sexual dysfunction.Results Among 1 335 patients,405(30.3%) had normal sexual function,930(69.7%) sexual dysfunction.Sexual dysfunction had significant relationship with age,persistent time of syndrome and education,and no relationship with BMI and income.In sexual dysfunction group,the incidences of anxiety,depression,anxiety combined with depression were 27.1%,26.5%,16.2% respectively.In normal sexual function group,the incidences were 13.1%,11.1%,6.4% respectively.There were significant differences between two groups.In logistic regression analysis,sexual dysfunction was the risk factor of anxiety and depression even after controlling other variables.Conclusion The incidences of anxiety and depression are very high in CP patients complicated with sexual dysfunction.Sexual dysfunction is the risk factor of mental disorders.更多还原
