【摘要】 目的观察后腹腔镜下肾脏、肾上腺手术的临床效果。方法应用后腹腔镜技术行肾切除4例,肾上腺切除13例,肾肿瘤剜除2例。结果 19例均一次成功,手术时间100～250 min,平均95 min。术中出血量约30～100 mL,术后恢复顺利,术后5～14 d下床活动。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术、肾肿瘤剜除术、肾脏切除术、具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少等优点,临床疗效可靠,实用性较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and adrenalectomy.Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection surgeries were performed on 19 patients including 13 cases of adrenalectomy,6 cases of radical nephrectomy.Results All 19 surgeries were successfullly completed.The mean operation time was 95(100 ～ 250) min and the blood loss was 30 ～ 140 mL.Postoperative recovery was smooth.All had out-of-bed activity after 5 to 14 days.Conclusions Retropefitoneal laparoscopic resection surgery in urology is safe and effective with the advantages of minimal invasion,quick recovery and few complications.更多还原
