【摘要】 目的观察新型低聚合收缩后牙树脂FiltekTMP90的临床疗效,并与传统后牙树脂FiltekTMP60相比较。方法将20名患者的同颌同名同洞型牙齿进行自身对照,一侧用P90树脂充填,一侧用P60树脂充填,于术后6个月、1年、2年复查,观察两种树脂的充填效果。结果 P90和P60充填体的2年成功率分别为90%和85%,差异无统计学意义。结论 P90和P60树脂的2年充填效果均令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of a novel low-shrink resin composite P90 and a conventional methacrylate resin composite P60.Methods A self-control comparison was used in this study.40 cavities of posterior teeth of 20 patients were randomly assigned in experimental group and control group.The tooth in experimental group was filled with P90 composite,while the tooth in control group was filled with P60 composite.40 restorations were recalled at 6,12,24 months,and the restorations were observed and evaluated.Results By two-year’s follow-up,the results indicated that the successful rate of P90 composite was 90% and the successful rate of P60 composite was 85%.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference.Conclusion The clinical efficacies of P90 composite and P60 composite are satisfactory in observed time.更多还原
