【摘要】 目的优选11味活血酊醇提取工艺。方法应用L9(34)正交试验,以延胡索乙素的含量为考察指标,考察渗漉工艺中药材粉碎度、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量三个主要因素,优化提取工艺。结果最佳渗漉工艺为:药材粉碎成粗粉,加8倍量80%的乙醇渗漉。结论优选的十一味活血酊提取工艺稳定、可行、重现性良好,可作为该制剂的醇提取工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the alcohol extracting technology of Shiyiwei Huoxue Tincture.Methods The content of tetrahydropalmatine was taken as the index.The L9(3)4orthogonal experiments were designed for three factors including Chinese herbal medicine crushing degree,ethanol concentration and alcohol consumption.Results The best diacolation process was presented as follows:Crushing Chinese herbal medicine into meal,adding 8-fold of 80% alcohol diacolation.Conclusion The method is stable,reliable and well reproducible,which can be used as the alcohol extraction process of preparation.更多还原
