【摘要】 目的分析人工椎板在治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症及胸腰椎骨折等脊柱疾病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年4月-2012年8月的40例腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症及胸腰椎骨折患者采用人工椎板的治疗效果。结果全部病历获得5～15个月随访,平均10个月,其中30例痊愈,5例基本缓解,5例有效,痊愈率75%,有效率100%,其中2例出现伤口浅表感染,换药后愈合。1例出现排斥反应,复查X线片示人工椎板与骨接触面界限消失,完全愈合。结论人工椎板在治疗脊柱疾病中的疗效较为显著,安全性较高,能有效的预防术后瘢痕黏连,重建脊柱结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of artificial vertebral lamina in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,lumbar spinal stenosis,and thoracic and lumbar fractures and spinal diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 40 cases of protrusion of the intervertebral disc,lumbar spinal canal stenosis,and the thoracic and lumbar spine treated by artificial vertebral fractures,which were treated from April 2011 to August 2012.Results All cases were followed up for 5-15 months,average 10 months,of which 30 cases were cured,relieved in 5 cases effective in 5 cases.The curative rate was 75%.The effective rate was 100%,including 2 cases of superficial wound infection,healed after dressing change.Rejection occurred in 1 case.X-ray showed disappearence artificial vertebral lamina and the bone contact surface boundaries which was,completely healed.Conclusion The curative effect of artificial vertebral lamina in the treatment of spinal diseases is more significant with higher safety,which can effectively prevent postoperative scar,and reconstruct spinal structure.更多还原
