【摘要】 目的应用凤丹饮片的HPLC特征图谱,为科学评价和控制其质量提供有效的方法。方法确定凤丹饮片1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,从而作为评价和控制其质量的标准。结果测试样品10批,选择丹皮酚峰作为参照峰,确立1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值在0.012～0.041内。结论 1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,可用于凤丹饮片的定性鉴定及质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply the feature mapping of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality.Methods We determined the relative peak area range of NO.1 peak’s(gallic acid) which could assess and control the quality of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain.Results We tested 10 batches of samples,chose paeonol peak as a reference,to determine the relative peak area of gallic acid at 0.012-0.041.Conclusion The range of gallic acid’s relative peak area can be applied to qualitative identifying and quality control of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain.更多还原
