【摘要】 目的探讨并改进腋臭手术治疗的方法。方法选择腋窝正中小切口,行皮下分离后,直视与盲视相结合,剪除腋窝皮下的大汗腺,术后留置负压引流48 h。结果本组共42例,手术效果满意率95%,异味残留2例4.7%,血肿3例7%,伤口延迟愈合4例9.5%。结论大汗腺微创剪除术即直、盲视相结合的小切口皮下大汗腺剪除术治疗腋臭成功率高,美容效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and improve the surgical treatment method of axillary osmidrosis. Methods Apocrine sweat glands were excised blind and directed with micro- incision in the axillary. After operation,the negative pressure drainage tube was retained until 48 hours later. Results Forty out of 42 cases( 95%) had good results,and 2 cases with slightly abnormal odor( 4. 7%) were found.There were complications including 4 cases of healing delay( 9. 5%) and 3 cases of haematoma( 7%). Conclusion The excision of apocrine sweat glands for the micro- invasive treatment is good for axillary osmidrosis with the advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and good aesthetic appearance.更多还原
