【摘要】 目的了解安徽省医疗机构卫生监督执法现况,为进一步做好卫生监督工作提供依据。方法对2011至2012年全省医疗机构行政处罚案件按照机构类型、处罚对象、案件来源、处罚类别和违法行为进行分析。结果 1069起处罚案件中,案件来源主要为卫生监督检查发现,其次为社会举报;处罚对象主要为医院,其次为个体诊所;处罚类别主要为罚款,其次为警告;违法行为主要为其他违法行为、人员资质不符合要求,以及医疗机构诊疗活动超出执业范围。结论重视群众投诉举报案件线索,加强法律宣传及人员培训,加大案件查处力度,逐步规范医疗机构的诊疗行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By analyzing the sanitary and administrative penalty cases of medical institutions,to know and master the current situation and problems of law enforcement of sanitary supervision of medical institutions in Anhui province,so as to further and well perform the sanitary control work. Methods Analysis of the sanitary and administrative penalty cases of the medical institutions from 2011 to 2012 in the whole province was performed based on institutional types,penalty objects,case sources,penalty categories,and unlawful acts. Results In 1069 penalty cases,the main sources of the cases were sanitary supervision and inspection discovery and social report. The penalty objects were mainly hospitals and clinics. The penalty categories were mainly warning and penalty. Unlawful acts mainly came from other unlawful acts and the fact that personnel qualification did not meet the requirements,and secondly came from the fact such as diagnosis and treatment of the medical institutions exceeded the scope of practice. Conclusion We should attach importance to social report,strengthen the service training and the law publicity,and enhance sanitary and administrative law enforcement efforts,then standardize the practice acts of the medical institutions.更多还原
