【摘要】 目的通过对四肢黏液纤维肉瘤(MFS)的MRI表现与病理对照分析,提高四肢MFS的MRI诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的7例四肢软组织MFS患者的MRI表现。结果 7例MRI表现:其中6例均较表浅;1例呈梭形,6例呈分叶状,5例边界不清;T1WI以等高信号为主,T2WI呈等高混杂信号为主;增强后4例见"尾征"。病理示:2例低度恶性,3例中度恶性,2例高度恶性,免疫组织化学染色肌源性蛋白阳性表达。结论 MRI对MFS的定位、定性及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the level of MRI diagnosis of the soft tissue myxofibrosarcoma(MFS)in the extremities by analyzing MRI and pathological features of the soft tissue MFS in the extremities.Methods The clinical manifestation,pathological features and the MRI appearance of 7 cases with pathologically confirmed MFSs were analyzed retrospectively.Results MRI findings showed that 6 cases were located in the superficial layer.Masses were fusiform in 1 case and lobulated in 6 cases and ill-defined in 5 cases.The strip slightly high signal among isointensity mass had been shown on T1WI and mixed high signal on T2WI." tail sign" was shown in 4 cases.Histopathology indicated that 2 cases were low malignant,3 cases mediate malignant and 2 high malignant.MFS consisted of hypocellular myxoid matrix and hypercellular area and positive muscle-derived protein immunohistochemically.Conclusion MRI is helpful for location,qualification and differential diagnosis of MFS.更多还原
