【摘要】 目的观察自由基清除剂依达拉奉预处理对老年患者全麻控制性降压手术后认知功能(POCD)的影响。方法选择行髋关节置换术的老年患者50例,年龄≥65岁,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,简易智能状态检查(MMSE)评分>24分,随机分为E组和C组。全麻后采用硝酸甘油和瑞芬太尼行控制性降压。E组在控制性降压实施前按0.5 mg/kg预注依达拉奉,C组为对照组。分别于术前1 d、术后1、3和7 d通过MMSE对认知功能进行评估。结果 E组和C组术后1、3 d MMSE评分均较术前降低(P<0.05),但E组术后1、3 d MMSE评分均高于C组(P<0.05)。POCD发生例数E组低于C组。结论依达拉奉预处理可降低老年患者全麻控制性降压手术后MMSE评分,减少术后早期POCD的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone pretreatment on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients undergoing controlled hypotension.Methods 50 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ hip surgery elderly patients aged 65 and older,MMSE score > 24,were used in this study and randomly divided into 2 groups: group E and group C.All patients were undergone controlled hypotension of remifentanil and sevoflurane after general anesthesia.The patients in group E were injected with edaravone at 0.5mg.kg-1 at 5 min before the hypotension controlled,group C was control group.The Mini Mental Exam(MMSE) Form was respectively used in marking for patients at 1st day before surgery and 1st day、3rd day、7th day after surgery.Results MMSE score were lower at 1st day、3rd day after surgery in group E and C compared with those at first day before surgery(P > 0.05).Compared with group C,MMSE score in the group E were lower at 1st day、3rd day after surgery(P < 0.05).The incidence of POCD was lower in group E than in group C after surgery(P < 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone pretreatment in elderly patients undergoing controlled hypotension can lower MMSE score and reduce the incidence of POCD after surgery.更多还原
