【摘要】 长期以来,我国城乡二元化结构矛盾突出。由于城乡经济社会发展的不均衡,导致了不同人群之间的健康差异。基于卫生总费用测算结果,城乡人均费用水平差距有逐渐缩小的趋势,但农村个人负担医疗费用负担仍较重。建议强化政府责任和投入,完善各类社会医疗保障制度,推进卫生体制改革,着力解决居民的卫生公平问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the years,the contradiction between China’s urban-rural dual structure is obvious.The uneven development of urban and rural economy and society leads to health disparities between different groups.Using the results of total expenditure on health data,the present study explores and analyzes the trend towards the gradual reduced gap in the level of per capital cost between urban and rural residents,but the burden on medical expenses of individuals in rural areas is still heavier.It recommends that the government’s responsibility and commitment should be strengthened,the various types of social medical insurance system be improved,and the health care reform be promoted to focus on the solution of the problem of people’s health fair.更多还原
