脑血管疾病中血清HCY和血脂检测结果相关性分析
Correlation Study of HCY and Blood Lipid Biomarkers in Cerebrovascular Disease
【摘要】 目的:探讨脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和血脂中各指标的含量与脑血管疾病发生的相关性。方法:检测66例脑血管患者和56例非脑血管疾病对照组人群血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:脑血管疾病患者血清HCY、TG、TCHO、LDL-C含量分别为(16.11±9.19)μmol/L、(1.26±0.40)mmol/L、(4.61±0.83)mmol/L、(3.20±0.75)mmol/L,而非脑血管疾病患者血清中其相应含量分别为(11.70±4.75)μmol/L、(1.02±0.34)mmol/L、(3.93±0.82)mmol/L、(2.64±0.70)mmol/L,各指标在两组血清中含量具有显著性差异(P<0.05);而HDL-C两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清中HCY和TCHO、TG血脂指标水平与脑血管疾病两者有关联,可以作为相关危险因素为脑血管疾病进行研究和治疗提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Objective:Detect the levels of HCY and blood lipid biomarkers in patients with cerebrovascular disease, and explore the correlation between their levels and the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease. Methods:Biochemical analyzer known as XL-300 was applied to detect serum levels of HCY, TG, TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C in both cerebrovascular disease group and control group parallelly. Results:Levels of HCY, TG, TCHO, LDL-C in serum of cerebrovascular disease were(16.11±9.19μmol/L),(1.26±0.40 mmol/L),(4.61±0.83 mmol/L),(3.20±0.75 mmol/L), whiletheir correspondingcontentsin serumofcontrolgroup were(11.70±4.75μmol/L),(1.02±0.34 mmol/L),(3.93±0.82mmol/L), and(2.64±0.70 mmol/L). The indexes in the two groups have significant difference in serum content(P<0.05). However, levels of HDL-C in the two groups no significant difference was discovered(P >0.05). Conclusion:Between the levels of HCY and TG, TCHO, LDL-C in the serum and cerebrovascular disease were associated, which can be considered as risk factors servng as reference for the study of cerebrovascular disease and treatment.
