【摘要】 目的:评价Braden压疮危险评估量表在综合ICU中的效度。方法:某医院ICU自2009年对所有收治患者进行Braden皮肤压疮评分,≤12分上报不可避免压疮。现回顾性调查某医院ICU 2011~2012年度入院前未发生压疮的患者1050例。观察上报不可避免压疮的例数、实际发生压疮例数,计算Braden压疮评估工具在综合ICU的灵敏度、特异度。结果:ICU压疮发生率为6.6%,Braden压疮评估工具在综合ICU的灵敏度(SE)特异度(SP)分别为88.6%和34.4%。骶尾部和臀部为ICU病人压疮的好发部位。结论:Braden评分表对ICU应用中预测效度偏低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the validity of the application of Braden Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scales in ICU patients.Methods:Sinee 2009 all patients had been assessed by Braden Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scales in ICU of our hospital.The patients with ≤12 points were reported as the high risk patients of inevitable pressure ulcer.Now retrospectively investigated 1050 cases of patients with no pressure ulcers before admission our hospital ICU from 2011 to 2012.Results:The occurrence rate of pressure ulcers in ICU of the hospital was 6.6%,Braden scale in general ICU of the hospital showed the sensitivity(SE) of 88.6%and specificity(SP) of 34.4%.Conclusions:Braden Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale showed low validity in general ICU.更多还原
