我国高校大学生有氧耐力评价指标筛选研究

【摘要】 目的:筛选出有效评价高校大学有氧耐力的指标.方法:选取289名20.04±1.07岁普通大学生,采用跑台和遥测肺功仪进行最大吸氧量测试,并进行了不同高度的台阶试验测试和不同距离耐力跑测试.结果:高校大学生最大摄氧量与1500米跑成绩高度相关,相关系数r=0.729(P=0.000);两种高度的台阶指数与最大摄氧量均无显著相关关系.结论:1500m跑可作为大学生有氧耐力评价指标.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the validity of methods to assess aerobic capacity(AC) for university students.Methods Participants included 289 university students aged 20.04±1.07 yr.A treadmill test was used to estimate peak oxygen consumption(VO2max) as a measure of CRF,step test in different height and stamina running in a different distance also were used.Results VO2max was related to 1500 m running performance,the correlation coefficient r=0.729(P=0.000).There was no significant correlation between VO2max and step index in different height.Conclusion The 1500 m running performance could be a more favorable cardiovascular index for university students.
