科技期刊学术影响力影响因素的实证分析——以20种冶金工程技术类期刊为例

【摘要】 选取2012版《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(自然科学与工程技术)》中的15个文献计量指标,采用因子分析法,对冶金工程技术类复合影响因子排名靠前的20种期刊的学术影响力进行综合评价,得到各期刊学术影响力的综合排名,对影响科技期刊学术影响力的因素进行分析。结果表明:采用因子分析法评价冶金类期刊的学术影响力所得结果与期刊在本学科的影响力和学术地位相匹配,此方法可信;另外该方法综合了影响期刊水平各方面的主要因素,既考虑期刊过去的质量,又考虑期刊近期的质量;既考虑期刊的传统质量,又考虑期刊的网络传播质量;且能消除期刊自引而引起的评价失真问题。

【Abstract】 The research,by use of the factor analysis method,is made at the choice of 15literature measure indexes fromChinaA cademic Journal Impact Factor Annual Report(natural science and engineering technology)in the edition of2012,and the research is focused on the analysis of the factors to the scientific and technological periodicals,in which the comprehensive evaluation is from the comprehensive ranking of the academic impact from each of periodicals with the academic impact at high ranking of 20metallurgical engineering and technology periodicals.It is indicated in the research that the result from the evaluation,by use of the factor analysis method,to the academic impact of those metallurgical periodicals is matched with that from the impact and the academic status of those periodicals in the discipline.And this method is believable and the method,with the integration of the main factors to the proficiency of periodicals,is not only helpful to the consideration of the past and recent qualities of those periodicals but also beneficial to that of the traditional and network transmission,and it even helps to eliminate the internally caused distortion in the evaluation of periodicals.
