【Abstract】 It is an empirical study of the influence of enterprise diversified operation on cash holdings under the different capital structure by taking as the sample the diversified operation enterprises in manufacturing industry of Shanghai in the year of 2008 to 2010.It is shown that the cash holdings of diversified operation enterprises is obviously lower than that of professional ones;there exists negative correlation between the degree of diversified operation and cash holdings compared to those companies with lower financial leverage.更多还原
