【摘要】 至迟在明代中叶,徽商就已到兰溪经营,有的还在此定居。主要行业有盐业、布业、典业、油业等。清代继续得到发展。民国时期,兰溪徽商呈现出新的特色:长途贩运不多,大多成为坐贾;经营行业非常多,不少为徽商所创办;徽商在兰溪商界占有绝对优势地位;兰溪徽商的社会组织越益正规,公益事业得到机制保障。口述资料揭示出兰溪徽商布店经营管理上的创新:一是布店所有权与经营权的分离;二是布店允许店员创造福利,极大地调动了店员的积极性,可谓一举多得。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the middle period of the Ming Dynasty,Huizhou merchants have conducted business in Lanxi City,and some of them settled down there.They mainly engaged in salt industry,cloth industry,pawn industry,oil industry,and so forth.Their business continued to develop in the Qing Dynasty.Huizhou merchants in Lanxi City had new features in the period of the Republic of China:They rarely transported goods over a long distance for sale and the majority of them became shopkeepers.They operated a number of industries,many of which were established by them.They showed an overwhelming advantage in the commercial world of Lanxi City.Huizhou merchants’ social organizations in Lanxi City have become more and more standard.Besides,public welfare undertakings founded by Huizhou merchants had protection mechanism.In addition,make use of oral materials to reveal Huizhou merchants’ innovation in management control in Lanxi City.First,they separated proprietary right and management right of cloth shops.Secondly,the shopkeepers of cloth shops allowed their shop assistants to create welfare for themselves,which greatly mobilized their initiatives.In this way,it could achieve many things at one stroke.更多还原
