含水杨酸和CaCl2瓶插液对洋橘梗切花的保鲜效果研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究含水杨酸和CaCl2瓶插液对洋橘梗(Eustoma grandiflorum)切花的保鲜效果,寻找适用于洋橘梗切花日常使用的安全、有效、无毒、环保型保鲜配方,具有一定的实践应用价值和参考意义。[方法]处理①~⑦分别为3%S+200mg/L8-HQ、3%S+200mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CaCl2、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1000 mg/L CaCl2、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CaCl2+50 mg/L SA、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1000 mg/L CaCl2+50 mg/L SA、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CaCl2+100 mg/L SA、3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1000 mg/L CaCl2+100 mg/L SA。[结果]各处理均能在一定程度上增加花枝鲜重,改善花枝的水分状况,增大花径,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高切花的观赏品质,其中,在3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ常规保鲜剂基础上结合使用200 mg/L CaCl2和50 mg/L SA明显优于不含SA的处理①、②和③。[结论]3%S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+200 mg/L CaCl2+50 mg/L SA对洋橘梗切花的保鲜效果最佳。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the preservation effects of vasw solutions containing salicylic acid and calcium chloride on freshkeeping of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers,and to find out a safe,effective,non-toxic and environment friendly for Eustoma grandiflorum daily use,had aa certain practical utilization value and reference significance. [Method]Treatment①-⑦ were 3% S +200mg/L8-HQ,3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaCl2,3% S +200 mg/L 8-HQ +1000 mg/L CaCl2,3% S +200 mg/L 8-HQ +200 mg/L CaCl2 + 50 mg/L SA,3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1000 mg/L CaCl2 + 50 mg/L SA,3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaCl2 + 100 mg/L SA,3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 1000 mg/L CaCl2 + 100 mg/L SA,resp.. [Result] All treatments increased fresh weight,improved water status,enlarged flower diameter,extended vase life of cut flowers,raised ornamental quality of cut flower to some extent,thereinto,treatment④ significantly exceeded treatment ①,②and ③ of not containing SA. [Conclusion]3% S + 200 mg/L 8-HQ + 200 mg/L CaCl2 + 50 mg/L SA has the best fresh-keeping effects for Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.
