氧化乐果对紫背浮萍生长及酶活性的毒性作用
Toxic Effects of Omethoate on Growth and Related Enzymatic Activities of Spirodela polyrhiza
【摘要】 [目的]初步探讨氧化乐果对水生浮萍植物的毒性作用。[方法]以紫背浮萍(Spirodela polyrhiza)为试验生物,研究了不同浓度(0、0.1、1.0、5.0、10.0、15.0、20.0 mg/L)的氧化乐果对其生长发育及叶绿素含量、叶绿体活性、过氧化物酶活性的影响。[结果]氧化乐果对紫背浮萍叶片生长量的半数抑制浓度(8 d-IC50)为4.67 mg/L;随试验液中氧化乐果浓度的升高,叶绿素含量表现为抑制效应,叶绿体活性表现为诱导-抑制效应;过氧化物酶活性总体表现为诱导作用。[结论]为及时发现并排除氧化乐果污染提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to explore toxic effects of Omethoate on Spirodela polyrhiza. [Method]Toxic effects of Omethoate at 0,0. 1,1. 0,5. 0,10. 0,15. 0 and 20. 0 mg / L on the growth,related chlorophyll content,chloroplast activity and peroxide( POD) activity of S. polyrhiza were studied. [Result] The eight-day IC50of Omethoate for the number of S. polyrhiza’s leaves was 4. 67 mg / L. With the increase of Omethoate concentration,the chlorophyll content showed inhibitory effect; the chloroplast activity showed induction-inhibitory effect;and POD activity showed induction effect. [Conclusion]The research results provide theoretical basis for the timely discovery and elimination of Omethoate pollution.
