饲料添加剂吖啶黄与M相互作用的光谱研究
Study on the Fluorescence Quenching Mechanism between M and Acriflavine
【摘要】 研究了在pH=1.98、T=20℃时,采用荧光和同步荧光研究了吖啶黄(Acr)与M的相互作用。根据Stem-Volmer方程计算出吖啶黄与M的配位作用的结合常数、猝灭常数及结合位数,探索了吖啶黄与M配位机理。结果表明,吖啶黄与Ag+和Mg2+配位能力较强,其配位作用导致吖啶黄荧光猝灭,而Fe3+与吖啶黄配位作用较弱,主要通过分子间的碰撞导致吖啶黄荧光猝灭。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of M(Ag+,Mg2 +,Fe3 +) and Acriflavine were studied by fluerescence and synchronous fluerescence spectroscopy in aqueous solution according to Stem-Volmer equation.The results showed that Ag+and Mg2 +ions had a powerful ability to quench the Acriflavine fluerescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism in the pH = 1.98 B.R buffer system and T = 20 ℃.But Fe3 +had quenched the Acriflavine fluerescence via a Molecular collisions transfer mechanism.The quenching rate constants,the coordination constants and the coordination sites of the static quenching were calculated.
