【摘要】 [目的]测定贵阳市不同来源商品太子参的多糖含量。[方法]采用水提醇沉法提取太子参多糖,采用蒽酮-硫酸法显色,并用紫外可见分光光度法测定太子参多糖含量。[结果]阜康堂中西药店的太子参多糖含量最高,中药材批发部的太子参多糖含量最低。阜康堂中西药店的太子参多糖含量为18.43%,北京同仁堂贵阳药店的含量为17.48%,任何土特产经营部的含量为15.15%,贵阳市花果园中药材批发市场的含量为13.65%,太升吴英中药行的含量为12.52%,生生药行的多糖含量为12.13%,百合中西药店的多糖含量为11.60%,同济堂连锁总店的多糖含量为10.23%,中药材批发部的多糖含量为9.74%。[结论]贵阳市不同来源的商品太子参多糖含量差异较大,可能影响太子参的药效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To determine the content of polysaccharide in Guiyang commercial available Radix Pseudostellariae.[Method]The polysaccharides were extracted with hot water-ethanol deposit method.The assay of polysaccharides was measured with UV-Vis method by the anthrone-sulfuric acid using glucose as the standard in the 626 nm wavelength.[Result] The content of polysaccharide in Radix Pseudostellariae from Fukangtang Chinese and Western Pharmacy was the highest,but the content from Chinese crude drug wholesale department was the lowest.The contents of polysaccharides in Radix Pseudostellariae from Fukangtang Chinese and Western Pharmacy,Beijing Tongrentang Guiyang pharmacy,Renhe special local products store,Guiyang Huaguoyuan Chinese crude drug wholesale market,Taisheng Wuying Chinese crude drug store,Shengsheng Pharmacy,Baihe Chinese and Western Pharmacy,Tongjitang linkage pharmacy,Chinese crude drug wholesale department were 18.43%,17.48%,15.15%,13.65%,12.52%,12.13%,11.60%,10.23%,9.74%,respectively.[Conclusion] The contents of polysaccharide in Guiyang commercial available Radix Pseudostellariae were different significantly,which may affect its action.更多还原
