高校突发事件中辅导员深度介入模式研究
An In-depth Intervention Mode of School Counselors during Campus Emergencies
【摘要】 辅导员是高校突发事件的见证者或直接参与者,在深度介入学生群体突发事件方面最有发言权。如何有效发挥其深度介入突发事件的价值功能,需从辅导员深度介入的准备工作、介入模式构建、介入保障机制入手研究,确保辅导员深度介入突发事件的可行性,为新时期高校有针对性开展学生群体突发事件应急管理提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 Counselors are both witnesses and direct participants in campus emergencies.They are most qualified to speak on the issue of unexpected group incidents of students.To effectively play the value function of counselors’ deep involvement in the case,studies should be undertaken on the preparatory work, mode construction,and interventional safeguard mechanism of deep involvement,so as to ensure the feasibility of counselor’s intervening in emergencies.The studies would also provide theoretical support for colleges and universities to carry out targeted emergency management of unexpected group incidents of students.
