NaCl胁迫下添加外源物质K~+对玉米生长的缓解效应
Added Exogenous Substances K~+ under NaCl Stress Relief Effect on Maize Growth
【摘要】 以玉米自交系合344为材料,采用室内蛭石培养的方法,在200mmol/L的NaCl溶液胁迫下导入不同浓度的K+处理玉米幼苗,同时测定玉米幼苗的株高、鲜重和干重及其各自的变化率,研究添加外源物质钾对玉米生长的影响。结果表明,各个指标均在K+浓度为10mmol/L时表现最优,说明在玉米苗期添加适宜浓度的K+可以适当缓解玉米自交系的盐胁迫问题。
【Abstract】 A solution culture was used to study the effect of different concentration of K+ under 200mmol/L con centration NaCl stress on the maize inbred line He344.The height,fresh weight,dry weight and the rate of change were measured respectively.The results showed that the concentration of 10mmol/L K+ was best and im plied that the appropriate K+ supply could enhance the tolerance at maize seedling stage under salt stress.
