【摘要】 人多地少,耕地后备资源不足是我国的基本国情。人地矛盾始终是制约我国经济发展的突出问题,因此,国家将"十分珍惜、合理利用每寸土地和切实保护耕地"作为我国的一项基本国策。然而,我国依然存在大量的损毁土地需要复垦,同时新的损毁土地的数量还在增加,因此土地复垦任务艰巨。根据河南省土地资源的特点,分析了土地复垦现状,提出了相应对策及建议供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lack of cultivated land is the basic the situation in our country.Contradiction between people and land is the main reason that affects the development,so preserving the cultivated land and rationally utilization is the basic policy of a state.However,there are still a lot of damaged land needs to reclamation and the mount is increasing year by year,therefore,land reclamation task is very heavey.According to the characteristics of land resources in Henan Province,the present situation of land reclamation was analyzed,and then corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were puts forward.更多还原
