【Abstract】 A method for analysis of 2-aminosulfonyl-N,N-dimetylnicotinamide(sulphonamide) by HPLC was developed.Samples were dissolved in methanol and acetic acid as mobile phase,Simpack-VP-ODS column and UV detector(254nm) were used for quantitative determination.The results showed that the linear correlaion coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.43,the average recovery rate was 99.94%,the variation coefficient was 0.44%.更多还原
