泡沫混凝土保温板力学与热工性能实验研究
Experimental study of the thermal and mechanics performance of foam concrete insulation board
【摘要】 泡沫混凝土保温板具有良好的耐火性能、保温隔热性能。本文针对掺合料粉煤灰和硅灰的用量,制备压缩和导热系数测试试件,通过系列实验,绘制了该板材的应力应变曲线,得出了压缩和拉伸弹性模量,分析了不同掺合料掺量对导热系数的影响,得出了泡沫混凝土保温板抗压强度和导热系数随时间、配合比、水侵蚀软化等的影响因素,在粉煤灰和硅灰掺量占水泥用量的5%和25%时,抗压强度适中,导热系数满足要求,优选配合比的泡沫混凝土保温板90天龄期抗压强度在0.491MPa~0.641MPa之间,弹性模量在24.55MPa~39.05MPa之间,复现性较好。
【Abstract】 The inorganic foam concrete insulation board has good fire resistance thermal insulation properties.In this paper the amount of admixture of fly ash and silica fume prepared compression and thermal conductivity of the test specimen through a series of experiments the stress-strain curve of the sheet is drawn draw the compression and tensile elastic modulus analysis of different the admixture dosage thermal conductivity obtained compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foam concrete insulation board over time the mixing ratio of water erosion softening the impact of factors accounted for the amount of cement fly ash and silica fume 25% and 5% moderate compressive strength thermal conductivity to meet the requirements is preferable that the mixing ratio of the foam concrete insulation board 90 days of age the compression elastic modulus at 24.55 ~ 39.05MPa compressive strength between 0.491 ~ 0.641MPa between reproducibility preferably.
