【摘要】 根据多年来玉米单倍体育种研究的理论和实践,结合国内外单倍体育种的成功经验,组装集成了"玉米单倍体高效加倍技术规范"(仅供参照试用)。本规范是玉米单倍体人工(化学)加倍的基本操作程序,适用于利用杂交诱导单倍体快速选育玉米自交系技术,主要包括单倍体种植、单倍体植株确认、高效加倍技术、单倍体植株的授粉与收获、获得DH系等5个技术环节。按此技术规程操作,可显著提高单倍体的加倍率和育种成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on years of research on theory and practice of maize haploid breeding,the technical specifications for efficient doubling of maize haploid( only for reference) had been assembled combined with the successful experience at home and abroad. The specifications,as the basal operation process of artificial doubling of maize haploid,applied to the technique of inducing haploid by crossing for rapidly breeding maize inbred lines; it mainly included 5 technical links as cultivation of haploids,confirmation of haploid plants,efficient doubling techniques,pollination and harvest of haploid plants and obtaining DH lines.
