【Abstract】 The maple cultivar ’Autumn Blaze’ was used as the experiment material in the article.Total RNA was extracted from the autumn leaves of maple tree by improved CTAB method.Specific primers were designed according to the conservative regions of UFGT gene from some related species listed in the GenBank database.The RT-PCR amplification was carried out.The specific primers,annealing temperature and cycle number were optimized.An optimized,effective and specific RT-PCR system for amplification of UFGT gene was established.更多还原
