秸秆生物菌肥对保护地土壤微生物和土壤酶活性的影响

【摘要】 对朝阳市喀左县蔬菜保护地用秸秆覆盖进行栽培定位试验,未覆盖秸秆及未加菌肥的土壤作为对照(CK);只覆盖秸秆未加生物菌肥的土壤为1#;覆盖秸秆同时加生物菌肥的土壤为2#,每隔一定时间采集土壤样品。试验结果表明:土壤中细菌数量最多,其次是真菌数量。土壤微生物数量:2#>1#>CK;土壤过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性:2#>1#>CK,这几种酶的活性与土壤微生物的数量呈正相关。

【Abstract】 The straw mulching test was conducted in protected vegetable fields in Kazuo County,Chaoyang City.The treatment with no straw mulching and no addition of bio-bacterial manure was as CK;the soil with straw mulching but no bio-bacterial manure was named as 1#;the soil with straw mulching and addition of bio-bacterial manure was named as 2#.The soil samples were collected at regular intervals.The results showed that the number of bacteria in soil was the highest followed by the number of fungi.The number of soil microbes showed as 2#>1#>CK;the activity of enzymes in soil including catalase,invertase,urease and alkaline phosphatase showed as 2#>1#>CK,which was positively correlated with the number of soil microbes.
