钙对镉污染花生苗期生理特性及镉吸收的影响
Effects of Calcium on Physiological Characteristics and Cadmium Absorption of Peanut Seedlings under Cadmium Pollution
【摘要】 采用水培试验,对不同钙处理下镉污染花生幼苗的生理特性和镉吸收情况进行了研究。结果表明,花生幼苗的株高和鲜重均随钙浓度的增加而增加,而且较高浓度的钙提高了镉胁迫下花生幼苗叶绿素的含量,提高了叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性和根系活力,降低了MDA积累,说明一定范围内高浓度的钙可以缓解镉胁迫对花生生理特性的影响。此外,受镉胁迫的花生幼苗中镉的含量为根部>地上部,且随着钙浓度的增加,花生根部和地上部镉的含量均显著降低,说明在钙与镉进入花生体内时具有一定程度的拮抗作用。
【Abstract】 A water culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of different calcium treatments on some physiological characteristics and cadmium absorption of peanut seedlings under cadmium pollution.The results showed that the plant height and fresh weight of peanut seedlings increased with the increase of calcium concentration.Higher concentration of calcium improved the chlorophyll content,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in peanut leaves under cadmium pollution and root activity,but decreased the MDA content.It showed that in a certain range,high concentration of calcium could relieve the influence of cadmium to peanut physiological properties.Besides,the content of cadmium in root of peanut seedlings was higher than that in aboveground part,and with the increase of calcium concentration,the content of cadmium in peanut root and aboveground part decreased significantly.It meant that calcium and cadmium had a certain degree of antagonistic action when they got into peanut.
