【摘要】 目的观察化痰利湿活血方加减对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肝/脾CT值的影响。方法共收集4个中心的NASH患者194例,随机分为治疗组96例和对照组98例,治疗组给予基本方化痰利湿活血方颗粒剂加兼证方颗粒剂,每日1剂。对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱(易善复)胶囊,每次456mg,每日3次,两组均连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗90天、180天ALT水平、肝/脾CT值的变化。结果两组治疗90天、180天ALT水平均明显低于本组治疗前,肝/脾CT值明显高于本组治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗第90天、180天治疗组ALT水平明显低于对照组,肝/脾CT值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰利湿活血方加减可降低NASH患者ALT水平及提高肝/脾CT值,从而达到治疗NASH的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Huatan Lishi Huoxue Formula(formula to transform phlegm,disinhibit dampness and quicken the blood) on alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and the ratio of the liver and the spleen CT values in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).Methods Totally 202 NASH patients from 4 centers were randomized into treatment group of 96 cases and the control group of 98 cases.The treatment group was given modified Huatan Lishi Huoxue Formula,one dosage daily.The control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine(Essentiale) capsule,456mg each time,three times daily.The treatment course lasted for 3 months.The levels of ALT and the ratios of the liver and the spleen CT values were observed pretreatment and on the 90th and 180th day of the treatment.Results The levels of ALT were significantly decreased and the ratios of the liver and the spleen CT values were significantly increased in both groups after 90 and 180 days of treatment(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Lishi Huoxue Formula is effective for NASH.It could significantly decrease the level of ALT and increase the ratio of the liver and the spleen CT values.更多还原
