男性不育症中医证候与微波辐射职业暴露的相关性

【摘要】 目的 探讨微波辐射致男性不育症的中医证候特点。方法 收集具有微波辐射职业暴露史男性不育症患者(辐射组)189例,无微波辐射史男性不育症患者(对照组)200例,根据男性不育症患者中医证候学调查表对两组患者进行症状观察及证候分析。结果 与对照组比较,辐射组患者明显增加的证候为心气亏虚、脾胃气虚、肾精亏虚(P<0.01);辐射组患者辐射时间<12个月者,多表现为心气亏虚证;12~24个月者,多为脾胃气虚证;>24个月者,多为肾精亏虚证,不同时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 微波辐射损伤对中医证候有影响,随着辐射时间延长,可依次出现心气亏虚证、脾胃气虚证、肾精亏虚证。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes of male sterility due to microwave radiation exposure. Methods Totally 189 cases of male infertility with a history of microwave radiation occupational exposure (radiation group) and 200 cases without history of microwave radiation occupational exposure (control group) were collected. Their symptoms were observed and TCM syndromes analyzed according to the Questionnaire on the TCM Syndromology of Male Infertility. Results Compared with the control group, the significantly increased syndromes of the radiation group were the heart qi deficiency, the spleen and stomach qi deficiency, and the kidney essence deficiency (P<0.01). Those with microwave radiation occupational exposure for shorter than12 months were mostly manifested as the heart qi deficiency, those with microwave radiation occupational exposure for 12~24 months were commonly manifested as the spleen and stomach qi deficiency, whilst those with microwave radiation occupational exposure for longer than 24 months were mainly manifested as the kidney essence deficiency, and the difference in the comparisons of different exposure times was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The damage of microwave radiation exerts influence on TCM syndromes. With the prolonging of microwave radiation occupational exposure, there appear the syndromes in an order of the heart qi deficiency, the spleen and stomach qi deficiency, and the kidney essence deficiency.
