【摘要】 目的了解儿童回春颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的疗效和安全性。方法在病房及门诊随机收集150例急性上呼吸道感染伴有发热的病人,分为治疗组77例,对照组73例,在给予相同治疗基础上,治疗组加用儿童回春颗粒,3天后比较2组的疗效。结果 2组的有效率分别为90.10%和77.08%,组间有显著性差异,治疗组未见明显的毒副作用和不良反应表现。结论儿童回春颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的病人疗效较好,且安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and security of ErtongHuichunKeli which used in the therapy of child’s upper respiratory associated with fever.Methods 150 cases from ward and clinic that has acute upper respiratory tract infection associated with fever were collected,77 cases were divided into the treatment group,and others were the comparison group.On the basis of the same treatment to these 2 groups,but use ErtongHuichunKeli for therapy group as additional therapy,we compared the therapy results of 2 groups after 3 days.Results The therapy efficiency of 2 groups were 90.1%(therapy group) and 77.8%(comparing group),respectively.And there were significant differences between 2 groups,there was no adverse and side effects in therapy group.Conclusion ErtongHuichunKeli has good therapy effect and security in child’s upper respiratory infection associated with fever.更多还原
