【摘要】 目的分析高眼压状态下青光眼手术的安全性、可行性及治疗效果。方法 78例(85眼)青光眼患者,在高眼压状态下施行了小梁切除术,并与同期眼压控制正常后手术的93例青光眼进行比较。结果经成组设计资料两样本均数比较的μ检验,两种眼压状态下青光眼手术的手术效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对部分眼压控制不佳的青光眼患者在高眼压状态下进行小梁切除术是安全、可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the state of glaucoma surgery,ocular safety,feasibility and therapeutic effect.Methods 78 cases(85eyes) with glaucoma,high intraocular pressure in the state of implementation of a trabeculectomy,and compared with normal intraocular pressure control after surgery compared to 93 cases of glaucoma.Design data into a set of results by the two samples were compared to μ test,two ocular hypertension under the effect of surgery glaucoma surgery was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion On the part of poorly controlled intraocular pressure in glaucoma patients under ocular hypertension trabeculectomy is safe and feasible.更多还原
