肿瘤生物合成的异常及其临床应用
Biosynthetic alteration in cancer and its clinical application
【摘要】 肿瘤的发生过程中,除了能量代谢外,肿瘤的生物合成代谢与人体正常组织也有很大不同,具体表现在核苷酸、脂质和蛋白质的生物合成这3个方面。肿瘤细胞的生物合成能力明显强于正常细胞,但它的合成途径和方式又不同于正常细胞,其主要以从头合成为主,明显强于正常细胞,且这种生物合成能力的增强往往是以牺牲机体其他细胞为代价的。对肿瘤不同的生物合成途径的研究既是挑战也是机遇,弄清肿瘤细胞生物合成的机制,对肿瘤早期诊断和靶向治疗具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Besides energy metabolism, biosynthesis of cancer cells, such as nucleotide, lipid and protein synthesis, is also different from normal cells. The biosynthesis is more active in cancer cells than in normal cells, and the synthetic pathways and processes in cancer cells are also different from normal cells. The cancer cells prefer to de novo synthesis, which is more active in cancer cells than in normal cells. The active biosynthesis of cancer cells is at the expense of other normal cells in body. The study of altered biosynthesis in cancer is challenging but creates an opportunity. Further understanding of biosynthesis mechanism in cancer cells may lead to a new approach in early diagnosis and target therapy of cancer.
