气体信号分子硫化氢在新鲜骨折患者血浆中的变化

【摘要】 目的:观察新鲜骨折患者血浆中内源性气体信号分子硫化氢水平的变化探讨其可能的临床意义。方法:检测骨折患者血浆白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类计数、血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、碱性磷酸酶含量和血浆硫化氢水平并与正常对照组进行对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,血浆白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类计数、血小板计数、纤维蛋白原和碱性磷酸酶含量在骨折时明显升高,而血浆硫化氢水平明显降低。结论:新鲜骨折患者血浆硫化氢含量下降,其可能参与了骨折的病理过程。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigated the plasma hydrogen sulfide(H 2 S) level in patients with fracture and approach the effective of endogenous H 2 S in the pathogenesis of fracture healing.Method:Peripheral white blood cells(WBC),the percentage of polymorphonuclear cells(PMN%),and platelets(PLT) were counted.Fibrinogen(FIB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and H 2 S level in plasma were measured.Result:Compared with control group,white blood cells,the percentage of polymorphonuclear cells,and platelets were increased.Fibrinogen and alkaline phosphatase level in plasma were increased.While the H 2 S level in plasma was decreased.Conclusion:The H 2 S level in plasma was decreased in fracture patients,endogenous H 2 S may involve inthe pathogenesis of fracture healing.
